"Basic room with a great location and price."

Great price for a great location. The communication with the person in charge through WhatsApp was clear and quick. The guy was very kind and understanding. The room has the basic amenities and a kitche. It looked cleaned. It is nice for a short stay. The shower works well and heats the water quickly. Once you get the building and the room keys, you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone. There is a parking lot with 3 spaces you can use for free.

The doors and windows are quite squeaky, my room didn't have window to the street (even though the description said "views to the city"), but this is very common in many buildings and it wasn't a big deal for a night stay. The room feels quite cold, and you need to pay in cash only.
