"Beautiful large apartment in a quiet residence within the walled city"

This is a very large and lovely apartment on a quiet edge of the walled city - very close to walk to the action, but yet peaceful. Maria is an extremely responsive and accommodating host, and we appreciated her flexibility with check in and check out. Luz kept the apartment in great shape - gracias!

The apartment building charges an entry fee per guest (noted in the booking information), and despite this, does not offer any service such as luggage storage.

Location on a quieter end of the walled city. Good security. Plenty of space for family. Plenty of bathrooms. Private rooftop patio. Carmen made us a wonderful breakfast and was a joy to chat with.

Cash only payments. Not being able to pay with a credit card added $100 in wire transfer fees. Workout facility needs free weights and better maintenance on existing equipment.

"Poor"

The location was good, and the house keeper was very attentive.

They charged us multiple extra fees that were not listed in the original pricing. On of the fees was a “service” fee, which was charged per day, and the other fee was for using the building facilities, which was charged per person. Even paying those extra fees we were not helped with our luggage when we arrived or left the place, as they would in any other accommodation. The quality of the bedding was not very good, and the bathroom appliances were low quality as well. There was barely any hot water in the showers, once you turned on the hot shower the water would slowly decrease.
