The location is not bad. 30 minutes walk to the river front. The property is kept fairly clean.

The place is very basic in all regards. It is essentially a rooming house for locals and neighboring areas for short-stays.The property is very closed-in (perhaps for security reasons). Even the apartment, which is at the very back of the property, is very colsed-in and very basically furnished. The mattress on the bedroom bed is horrible. The cleaning lady had to turn it over every time she cleaned. It made my back hurt. It is objectively not suitable for a vacation, especially for travelers from North America and Western Europe.

Quiet location, useable kitchen.

Bed was awful - mattress should have been replaced years ago. Hosts are not friendly - wanted to charge 30k to leave a bag for couple of days. Lady at the hammock shop looked after them for nothing 😀

The older man of the couple was friendly.

The place was in a slightly shady area didnt feel very safe. The wifi went down so that sucked. Your room is divided by a upper screen in what I think were old windows with Styrofoam in them. You could hear everything from the joining room next to you.i later found better accommodation for a few dollars more. I don't recommend it.

Very nice owners, they do make an effort to fix things when they go wrong, like running out of gas and the internet down. The apartment had a useful kitchen, comfortable bed and a hammock.

Unfortunately there's a neighbour literally living inside the property that loves noise. The music was loud all the time and if it wasn't the TV made up for it.
