Cómo por mejorar, arreglar puerta baño principal que no cierra bien y se sale el agua, y los muebles de madera les falta mantenimiento

Close to the beach

It's an old building with a bunch of flaws and things to redo. For example, one of the mattresses was deformed, wood in the kitchen has seen better days. About the area, it is super noisy everyday it's a constant party.
