Personal y atención . Aunque nos trataron muy bien, no era la anfitriona y ante las consultas nunca nos daba respuesta

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Babylon Suite in Tortuguero. Die Suite sieht aus, wie es die Bilder beschreiben und bietet sehr viel Platz, um sich auszubreiten. Die Aussicht auf das Wasser ist schön, man kann hier auch beobachten, wie die Sonne untergeht. Das Frühstück war ein super Bonus und die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt.

Direkt unter der Wohnung finden Bauarbeiten statt, die vor allem abends sehr laut sind. Man muss sich also darauf anstellen, dass man ständige Geräusche hört. Die Suite ist generell auch sehr hellhörig, so dass man auch Musik und teilweise Menschen auf der Straße hören kann. Die Küche ist nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, so dass man problemlos kochen, aber keine aufwändigen Gerichte zubereiten kann. Die Suite besitzt außerdem 2 Klimaanlagen und 3 Ventilatoren, die die Luft etwas kühlen, allerdings besitzen sie nicht genug Leistung, um die Wohnung bei sehr heißen Temperaturen wirklich kühl zu halten. Das hat uns sehr gestört.

I never guessed from the listing that a half basketball court plus bleachers would have fit in this space. The big bathtub by the windows was also an unexpected treat. The suite is all white and was immaculately clean and comfortable. The boat dropped us off and picked us up literally feet from the front steps.

I thought that a hotel would have better amenities, but The Patio, and Buddha restaurants were closeby and inviting and the food was good at both. The drinks at Buddha were beyond excellent.

Zeer schone, grote ruimte. Goede airco’s. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die je overal mee willen helpen. De ligging is perfect, middenin het kleine dorpje. Het is eigenlijk een strook land tussen de rivier en de zee van ongeveer 800m breed. Het deel wat is bebouwd met hotels, restaurants en shops beloop je in 10min. maar is ontzettend gezellig. Vriendelijke mensen en heerlijk eten

Het is 1 grote ruimte dus weinig privacy als je met zn vieren bent

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious.

Air conditioning was rather weak. Noisy area with construction shop below.

The breakfast was in a cafe opposite, easy to find and a simple breakfast was included in the price of the apartment.

The apartment is over a builders merchant and it could be noisy at times, but it didnt really bother us.

It was a very modern, spacious and comfortable apartment overlooking the river. The location was very good for trips. Breakfast was included although Booking.com had said that it wasn't.
