"Good stay. Bad booking process."

Cleanness and comfortable

The pool area needs maintenance. Also there is a high additional room cleaning charge but part of the rules is to leave it so clean that you even have to take the trash out. That was very disappointing. Plus the extra fee if you want to pay with a credit card through PayPal, and you find out all this things after you book it, which it's not fair at all, as you are not making and informed decision.

Well maintained property both inside and out. Apartment has everything we needed. Perfect location to the beach and close to Jaco’s main street with restaurants, etc.

"Good Value, Clean safe place, close to the main strip and beach."

Location was fine and very safe. The pool was very nice. The Facility was quiet and clean. The host was very responsive when we asked a question.

Not much all expectations were met.

Location was close to beach and main strip. The property has a front gate and security which was nice as Jaco is not the safest area, however this resort felt very safe. Gate attendants even called me a taxi and warned me not to walk out at night through a sketchy area.

Everything was great. Very happy with the stay.
