La ubicación del sitio es excelente. El acceso a la playa queda muy bien y sin complicaciones.

El tener que pagar un extra por el parqueo. Es mejor incluirlo dentro de la tarifa del hospedaje y disponer del espacio frente a la propiedad.

Lo más feo de todo que no incluye el parking que haya que pagar por aparte mejor deberían de incluir de una vez. Pero lo que más me incomoda es que el check out sea a las 10 am Cuando la ley en costa rica establece como hora límite es 12 media día . Y para terminar con más groserías le escribo al administrador para preguntar si es posible salir al medio día. Pero no se dignó en contestar. Un si o un no era lo mínimo

Uma das piores experiências da minha vida, até praticamente o momento de chegada na hospedagem não havíamos recebido o endereço, mesmo solicitando mais de uma vez, chegamos a noite e não fomos autorizados a entrar, somente após 40 min, mostrando todas as confirmações e sendo tratados grosseiramente pela portaria, o mesmo tratamento permaneceu durante os dias posteriores, a sensação que tivemos foi que era um grande favor deixar a gente ficar hospedado, enquanto é ao contrário, nós alugamos o espaço! Pessima experiência, não recomendo para ninguém.

The view and location

the dryer was not working

Great location, awesome view, beautiful pool, well equiped, clean and very confortable. The personel was very friendly and collaborative, they helped us with our luggage and showed us around.

The dining table was a bit unconfortable, it was too hard, specially for my parents. There was a water leak in the secondary bathroom behind the sink, and another one coming from the fridge, so we had to leave a towel during all our stay there.

The location, away from downtown and close to the beach.

The view was great.

The toilet ran, the spare bedroom has a significant water leak causing slipping hazard. The oven did not work, a light was out on the master bath and the couch was disgustingly filthy.

Hello April 1. Refrigerator was making crazy noises. Video attached. 2. Toilet in the main bedroom was leaking and wouldn't stop unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the leaking toilet.😉 3. The guest bedroom had a really bad leak looked liked it was from the window and any spot in the wall with cables and wires. Video attached. It was really bad when it rained 4. Showers did not work correctly and are in need of serious repair. Couch was couch was disgustingly dirty. Coffee table was broken couldn't use it. The glass was missing from the top of the table and was of no use.
