Belle vue depuis le balcon de l'océan. Les couchers de soleil sont de toute beauté. Les lits sont confortables. Les chaudrons sont de très bonne qualité. Le service de Booking / Vacasa est très bon et la communication est exceptionnelle.

Le propriétaire aurait intérêt à investir dans un nouveau système de climatisation car nous en avons manqué pendant 3 jours. Il pourrait aussi songer à changer une des chaises de l'extérieur est défonçée et à acheter de nouveaux draps car ils commencent à être usés.

The location was great. Short walk to the beach. Several restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distance. Larger shopping areas were a short Uber ride away (5-10 min). Very quiet. I hardly saw any people in the hallways or outside. There was no one at the pool when I went several times, which was very nice. The room was nice,, spacious and clean. The sea and mountain views were beautiful and so peaceful. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

My flight arrived at 9:00 am, but check in was not until 4:00 pm. I called and asked if there was a sitting area where I could wait because I had luggage. I was told there was no sitting area. However, there was a large sitting area by the pool where I never saw anyone sitting throughout my whole stay. It would've been nice if that space would've been offered, but instead I was allowed to sit for hours at the restaurant across the street. Thankfully those people were nice enough to let me sit there. So, if you have an early flight, be prepared to sit for hours or plan to leave your luggage somewhere so that you can explore without it.

Location and views were amazing. Pool was wonderful as well.

Lack of internet during our weeks stay

We were quoted a price $200 LESS than what we were actually charged. Why Is a booking and a cleaning fee charged?? Those should be part of any hotel price, NOT EXTRAS. We are Ticos but treated as if rich tourists, an incorrect view of many beach property owners.

The pool was a poor excuse for swimming. Too small and shallow. Needed to go to Jaco center for breakfast and other meals. One bedroom should have had twin beds. One of us was forced to sleep on the sofa.

It was very clean! Also, the location was very convenient. I would stay here again.

There was nothing wrong with the place i would just say the apartments pool is smaller than i expected.

Everything is beautiful, perfect cozy ,clean , modern place,check in easy,is a fact we come back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
