Localização excelente, calma e perto de todas as atrações, transito tranquilo naquela região, frente de praia, andar alto. Apartamento excelente, dois quartos com dois banheiros, cozinha completa e totalmente funcional. TVS e Internet funcionando perfeitamente. Nenhum problema para uso da garagem, atendimento rápido sempre que necessário. Recomendo e espero voltar um dia
