Modern, well equipped, lovely little pool, very friendly staff.

Nice people and convenient location if you have a car.

Apartment with a kitchenette, but one has no space to set a cutting board or coffee machine. Bed in parents room not comfortable. Less decorations and more practical stuff would be good

affordable, outside seating, pool, apartment could have hosted 6 guests, good a/c and fans, friendly staff, shop right next to it, walkable distance to the beach far from the hustle and bustle

a/c made it uncomfortable to sit outside (too hot and loud but in the downstairs apartments it‘s airier, bit outdated interior but fine!, 2 TVs in the apartment but weirdly mounted so we didn’t make use of them.

There was no breakfast. Location was good, with a healthy walk to downtown and beach.

More kitchen supplies.cooking appliances could use an upgrade.

Wifi

It had a locked gate for security, and a security guard to watch the tenants' cars overnight. The beds were comfortable. Quiet atmosphere. Cindy was very personable and had great suggestions for places to eat.

El Encanto Condominiums are small but charming, nicely decorated, and very comfortable - and feature both fans and air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful - we asked Cindy to arrange 3 tours. The location is close to restaurants, a fruteria and a paneria, and walking distance to the main drag, more restaurants, Pali grocery store, souvenir , clothing, and art shops. The beach is a block from the main street, about 10-12 minutes for a senior citizen. My condo had a fully equipped kitchen, and we cooked a couple of dinners ourselves, as well as enjoying morning coffee & breakfast on one of the courtyard tables. The swimming pool was small but clean and very fun to float or swim around. Inside the condo did have a comfortable dining booth, as well as couches and 3 chairs in a seating area. Cable TV was in the dining area and both bedrooms. We found the beds comfortable to sleep on. The walk-in shower was nice sized; we just had to remember that the warm water was just barely turning the tap on, not all the way.

The streets of Jaco are a little trashy, and the sidewalk is only complete on one side of the street walking from the Condominiums toward downtown.
