Tapirus Playa

Amazing view on the beach from the balcony, especially as we arrived just at sunset - nice and clean apartment, very well equipped - Ideally located to reach any of the meeting points for the different tours - Easy access, reactive host and people who from Martina’s place who helped us check-in were super nice. It’s a bit more expensive than some other options in Drake Bay but more cosy as well.

Our reservation was confused, finding the place after ferry drop off at the beach was a bit of a challenge

Location, it’s the best house in Drake Bay. Views are gorgeous. The apartment is modern, welk equipped with a lot of nice details to make your stay comfortable. The Air Condition works really well; a life saver in hot and humid Drake Bay. Vincent, the owner was so kind. Helping with reserving the boat, picking us up upon arrival. Communication was very easy. Book his place!

If anything: a table inside would be good. We used the one from the balcony.

We had a really great time, beautiful and clean house, really kind guests :)

The whole place was perfect! Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Near all of our tour pickup spots. Beautiful ocean view. The air conditioning was a blessing as it was so hot and humid. Vincent went out of his way to provide a mangrove tour. Will definitely stay here again!

Only thing missing is maybe a small seating area inside. We just brought the table and chairs in from the patio as it was too hot to sit outside.

Perhaps the best view in Drake Bay! Enjoyed sunset views.

A couple of power outages made a few hours of uncountably warm stay, but the host could not do anything about that.

I can’t recommend Tapirus Playa enough. I felt very lucky that I stumbled across it. It’s clean and has everything you need. So lovely looking over Drake Bay
