LA BUENA VIDA CONDO

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was the 2 of us with plenty of room a washer & dryer, towels, beach towels bedding & linens, kitchen items.

The master bathroom shower head and sink faucet need to be updated. The shower head just dribbles out water. The plastic shower curtains need to be washed after each stay. The front door key lock was difficult to unlock 🔑 Otherwise we absolutely loved EVERYTHING

L’emplacement est idéal, très près de tout. Les lits sont confortables. Nous n’avons jamais manqué d’eau chaude. Le wifi fonctionne bien dans toutes les pièces. La climatisation est efficace. Hans, le gestionnaire était très réactif à nos demandes.

La cuisinière est à remplacer ainsi que la batterie de cuisine qui laisse à désirer.

Staff was responsive if I had questions. The unit was great overall. Good location. Nice little pool on the property. Gated property.

Minor issues, water went out briefly, etc. Staff was quick to address them.

Hosts were accommodating and helpful. Great location Enough space in the condo Has all the basics Beds were pretty comfortable Would recommend staying here.

-Can be noisy outside since you're right by the road. There was also construction at the condo being performed early in the morning. -Pool area was underwhelming as there's not really a lot of space to lay the beds out and get sun. -Only soap bars provided so will need to purchase your own shower items

Very nice, spacious, well equipped and well maintained condo. Plenty of room and lots of amenities. Would stay again and would recommend.

It’s a great property but if anyone is a light sleeper they should be aware that it is in the very front of the condo complex on the main road and there is extremely loud screaming and yelling about 2 am every night. impossible to sleep through that in the front main master bedroom even with ear plugs. The smaller back bedroom is more insulated from the street noise. Also a mud road so you must sweep and clean every day, a lot of dirt. All of this said, it is a nice condo and a very good value and I would book it again, so this is not a negative review. Also the hosts are very responsive and helpful.
