Good space that everyone could feel comfortable. Short distance from the parking lot to the apartment. It was quiet for the most part of our stay in the apartment except the last night.

There was not enough light to be able to read at the evening. Two bulbs in the kitchen didn't work. Last night was noisy as young teens moved in and had a party till about 2am.

The kitchen had all amenities and accessories. Large refrigerator. Living area was sufficient One of the Bedrooms was large enough.

When we checked in it was very hot at 31C/86F outside. Realized there is no air-conditioning to cool property down. Thermostats ( dummies) are installed in all rooms with a note ' do not try to adjust, if it is too hot or cold call management'. I called up manager and he told us, there are two pedestal fans in an apartment to cool property down. One of them did not work. We could not sleep through the night. Next two days, temperature rose to 34C or 93F. We decided to check in Alt Hotel. Second bedroom has no ventilation( no window/s). I had written to Booking.com. Still waiting for the response.

Great property. Very clean and a great location

Perfectly located in quiet street but near main roads. The apartment was well equipped and cleaned appropriately. The host will leave you a lot of instructions and I read in other comments that someone found this communication too direct. Like "don't do this..that", you shall not make any noise in the evening, tratata, but overall it also helps you to have a comfortable stay overnight.

Its a little dark on the lowest floor, fridge can make some noise when it turns on

The apartment is well thought out, with many furniture and appliances. There are some nice restaurants close by, too. The location is not too far from the downtown area, so you might be able to walk to places to do some tourism.

Our experience with this place was horrible on many levels, and I hope somebody will read this review and reconsider staying there. Firstly, I had a security concern, given they wanted me to send a digital copy of my ID to a personal email so they could make a check-in advance without any level of encryption or privacy policy. I protested, and they sent a person to meet me at the door; they took out a phone and snapped a photo of my ID, even with my protest. I understand that some hotels take copies of IDs; however, they are big corporations with higher levels of information safety. There is no guarantee that this photo taken from the phone was deleted from the phone and that the files were stored safely and in a temporary fashion. Secondly, the service is terrible or non-existent. The guy who met me at the property was extremely rude, berating me while trying to convince me to allow him to take a photo of my ID. The door codes and wifi password were on a handwritten piece of paper. The instructions for the Check-out procedures are very aggressive, too, with many exclamation marks and threats. The demands are also very contradictory; they charge a 90 CAD cleaning fee, which is not included in the listed price on the website, and demand the guest to throw all the trash away, clean the dishes and store them back. God forbid you stain one of the sheets or towels because they say they will also take it from the security deposit. I attached a photo of the document as proof. Thirdly, the facilities were lacking. There is a washing machine but it doesn't dry. There is a microwave that cannot be used with a replacement one on the counter. Worse of all, you cannot manually adjust the thermostat. To top it all off, since their cancellation policy is very strict if you book oblivious to the fact that there are all these problems and hidden fees, you will still have to go or lose all the money you spent.

Easy to access. Nice facilities.

Warnings with a lot of exclamation marks: You have to do this or that, if not!!! You will pay!! Don't bring anyone else in here!! Stuff like that. Not that service oriented. The apartment has to be in the same shape as when you arrived. You have to take out the garbage, do all the dishes etc.
