localização excelente, atrás do shopping paulista e perto da av paulista e o custo! Limpeza muito boa!

O apartamento é um pouco antigo, o colchão estava muito mole já, travesseiros e toalhas antigas, mas é um preço pelas instalações.

Sem comodidade para atender 4 pessoas, sofá cama super desconfortável, fogão elétrico não aquece nem água para um simples café, muito diferente das fotos anunciadas. Super desconfortável e um exagero as mensagens solicitando o horário que vc vai fazer o check out, enfim... Não vale a pena e se pegar o apartamento 37 que é luxo, sai correndo que é básico do básico.
