Fiz reversa e precisava dos dados do quartos pra entrar, que seria mandado por WhatsApp. Fiquei mais de 1h na porta do prédio esperando por uma resposta sobre o quarto e ninguém respondeu, isso porque o check-in ja tinha sido inciado via WhatsApp. Já havia mandado meus dados e hora que iria chegar. Na portaria ninguém sabia informar nada Depois de mais de 1h esperando na porta do prédio, tive que procurar outro lugar pra ficar, isso quase 20h , chegando de outro estado. Pior experiência do mundo.

Péssimo. Recebem a reserva, pagamento antecipado, mas não liberam o quarto e nem te respondem quando você chega.
