"Not a great experience. Would not stay again."

Nothing provided in room

The facilities were very small. We had signed in for a family of 4 but the pull out bed in the living room was horrible and uncomfortable. There is only one bathroom which made it very inconvenient for a family. The road into the parking lot was not salted and it was difficult to get to the parking spot. Also, there was a strongly worded note to put dishes in the dishwasher or we would be billed on our credit card. Never had this type of notice in other stays. Does not make you feel welcome.

Good location, comfortable accomodations, useful laundry facilities. Owner was very responsive to clear dangerous ice from the steps.

Nice clean cozy place, a bit small for a family of 4 but still OK. Easy self check in/out.

Would save the confusion if the description on booking.com was explicit upfront about the CAD 300 damage deposit requirement upon reserving.
