Modern Design Studio

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Da die Wohnung im Untergeschoss liegt, kommt weniger Tageslicht hinein und zum Lüften war es schwierig. Es ist recht hellhörig, jedoch eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Vielen Dank!

Studio bien équipé et très bien situé à proximité des transports en commun. Andrew a répondu rapidement à nos message et est très cordial! Je recommande.

The apartment is spacious and quiet. We can walk to the Street Car Stop in less than 5 minutes. It is well maintained and there are lots of towels for us to use. I really like the art prints. Good taste.

The washbasin is very small. Difficult to use without wetting the floor. The water pressure in the shower cubicle is a little low.

We had a wonderful stay in Toronto, the property is in a very good location with lots of great restaurants and cafes! Andrew is very helpful and accommodating and responds quickly to any questions! Would love to come back again!

The location was excellent for what I was doing and where I was going. The kitchen was redone and it was excellent.

The bathroom is tiny and the sink is useless. It was also the only place with an outlet that was available so I had to charge all of my devices there. There is only one window and that is in the kitchen. Keep in mind this is a basement apartment. The bed is comfortable but low to the floor.

The guest above was really noisy with a barking dog. There was also work being done across from the property that was noisy. Location was in a rough area with lots of addicts and homeless nearby.

Amazing location, the architecture of the townhouse and homes in the neighborhood is stunning beautiful. And a very tranquil quiet location in the heart of a bustling city - it does not get any better than that. We had all the amenities we needed and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great value.

Can't think of anything. There is some sound transfer from above as other reviewers have mentioned, but that is expected given that it is a basement suite in an older character townhouse. It was a mild amount of sound and did not impact our enjoyment or comfort at all.
