Sea View Holiday Apartment

This is the second time I stay at the apartment. The information shared were very easy to follow. The apartment is very clean. The host is very responsive and friendly. The apartment is located in a very convenient location. They have a private parking area for the buildings (no specific place allocated).

Nothing in particular. I've stayed with friends and with family members. In both stays, we didn't require any extra services or facilities that were not provided initially.

Good location, within walking distance from both Mackenzie beach and the old town of Larnaca. The sea view is very nice. Free parking on premises is a bonus.

We were disappointed with the low level of cleanliness and the super basic facilities. We walked in and noticed immediately that the bed sheets weren’t clean. We asked the host to sort it out and, credit where it is due, someone came within 30 minutes to change the sheets. The rest of the flat didn’t look clean either though. Greasy kitchen surfaces, mould inside the air conditioning units (it’s dangerous to breathe, and when it’s 39 degrees outside you still have to use it as it’s hard to sleep otherwise. They should be serviced or replaced, visit Radio Raymond, a great electronics store in town, we recommend it), calcium residues all over the bathroom taps. We were given 4 extremely small toilet paper rolls for 7 nights. No kitchen towel or napkins. Only the basic “soap on the wall” throughout the bathroom, the shower and the kitchen. The light bulb in the kitchen didn’t work. For the price we paid, it really wasn’t up to par.

Cleanliness of the apartment. Although not directly on the beach, waking up and looking out to sea as well as the city was an amazing experience.

No washing machine in the property. Staff didn't turn up to sort out the issues we had. For example, we found toilet tissues soaked and since they didn't turn up we had to buy them ourselves. Food smell lingered because the kitchen extractor fan was not powerful enough.

The apartment is spacious. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, one spacious living room with sofa bed and one kitchen. The apartment is well equipped with cutlery, shower gel, hair dryer, Towels and whatever a visitor might need. The host is very responsive and friendly. Before arrival, they communicate the details to reach the apartment easily with the details to get the key. the apartment has private parking. We didn't know how to access the entrance of the private parking in the beginning. (more instructions to access the parking can be useful as we arrived very late at night) the parking has 1 entrance and 2 exit gates.

Excellent location for town and McKenzy. lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Access to a lovely pool ( although closed when we were there) The hosts responded quickly to our messages and rectified some of the issues

The apartment has so much potential but needs maintenance and regular checking by the hosts. The ‘balcony’ is a storage area with a foul smell of drains, windows are filthy so the beautiful view is ruined. There were no chairs for the balcony- just a fold up bed and coffee table. The safety of wiring in the apartment is questionable with melted plugs and sockets. The toaster was broken ( replaced by the hosts), there was no soap, clothes airer for wet towels or bin bags ( all were provided on request but these are basic resources).

Excellent view, very clean, organized and tidy, wonderful place to stay in vacation. all the appliances available, very good internet wifi

nothing in general, but a laundry rack in the balcony might be useful for beach lovers.

Great location, easy to park on side street as arrived (and walk through car park to apartment block entrance). Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance, including the old town and marina. Apartment was spacious and modern, with lovely view.

To be picky I'd say the lighting on the stairs, as not all the levels lights worked, but that's a building maintenance issue, not the apartment owners (and there are two lifts so you don't need to use the stairs!)

The location was great, and also the view. The distance to downtown is 5 minutes walking

The bathroom needs a bit of remodelling but it's good enough for a city break.
