Savvas City Centre Flat

I was in vacantion in Larnaca at June. I really liked the apartment, it is close to everything, St. Lazare Church, shops and pharmacies, near the beach. The apartment was perfectly clean, all rooms had air conditioning. George is very hospitable, attentive, he welcomed us in the apartment with food, juice, fruit. We also had an early flight and he allowed us to enter the apartment early. I recommend it and will definitely visit again.

Nice appartment. A 3 min walk to the beach. Lot's of great restaurants and shops. Rented a car a street further. Great Host! Thank you for everything George! We had a really nice vacation.

We have never experienced such situation. Everything was perfect. We arrived on Sunday. We were really happy when we found bread, butter, cheese, water, apples waiting for us. Really outstanding situation. Beach is in 5 minuts walking distance. George, thank you very much for your help.

The apartment is located in the city center, near the promenade by the sea. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. It is on the third floor with an elevator and has a large terrace. It has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi is excellent, and for heating they have heaters in every room, as well as air conditioning. The host is accommodating. He left us welcome fruit and water and recommended some restaurants. The apartment is highly recommended. What may be missing, but we didn't mind, is weak insulation, old towels, TV only in the living room, not enough power adapters for electricity in the apartment and few hangers in the bathroom.

Bathroom could be refreshed. The duvets could be washed better 😑

The location is perfect, the apartment is quite big, the neighbours are really friendly, the most important bus stop is 5 min away, the beach is 5 mins away, everything is 5min away. The property owner is nice and helpful!

This is a clean and comfortable flat located centrally in Larnaca. It's easy to reach everything on foot (shops, restaurants, the beach) as well as the bus station with connections to other major destinations on the island. Although we didn't meet our host, George, personally, he was very attentive, giving us clear instructions about the flat and Larnaca in general.

It should be pointed out that there is a switch outside the bathroom which gives the hot water a 15, 30 or 60-minute boost. We only realised this towards the end of our stay! (OK if you don't mind lukewarm water...)
