Kiepska lokalizacja. Brak komunikacji .Brak sklepów i lokali. Daleko do centrum , daleko do morza . Bardzo zaśmiecony teren. W lokalu brak półek na ubrania. Brak gniazdka w łazience. Słabo wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Żadnego widoku. Brak grilla.
