Para não dizer que foi perfeito, tem um ponto negativo, como fica na avenida principal o barulho do fluxo de carro incomoda - a acústica não é muito boa.

O apto fica muito bem localizado, perto dos principais vias e restaurantes! Todos os quartos muito bem aconchegantes e limpos, salas bem amplas.

Por tratar-se de local ao lado da avenida principal a um pouco de barulho durante a madrugada na rua.
