The Location. The size and facilities of the apartment. The kindness of the owner.

We were welcomed by an extremely friendly host who show us and explain everything what we need to know. The flat is very clean, the kitchen has everything what You need (a toaster, microvave, oven, coffe machine).Most of the power sockets have european adapters. The view from both (there are 2) balconys are amazing. There is also a dryer in the bedroom's balcony. The hosts are very helpful. Very nice place to stay in Larnaca for a reasonable price!

absolutely nothing

The location was the best part. It is in the middle of the touristic part of the city at a walkable distance to the market and main places! Bus from and to the airport on door steps! that was great!!

The place is a little bit noisy in the night because the amount of bars around, but nothing too excesive.

The best thing about this apartment is the location on the quiet back side of a building across the street from the sea, with two 3rd floor balconies that both have wonderful sea views. The apartment is clean, light, bright and comfortable, and includes a washing machine. Beds are comfortable. The owner is responsive and helpful.

The apartment is pretty basic and has the bare minimum of furniture and kitchen gadgets but it works. Pillows aren’t great. A small little issue is that they didn’t provide any laundry soap pods so we had to buy a whole box and only used a couple. It would be nice if they leave the left overs for the next guest.

We were well looked after by the host. A very comfortable apartment, well equipped and spacious. With the added benefit of 2 balconies with glories views of the sea and marina. Excellent location.

The owner was very kind and patient, helping with all our requests. He even took us to the supermarket the first day and he allowed late checkout. The location is wonderful. For sleeping, quiet with the windows closed and comfortable bed. Very clean. Laundry machine and shower worked great. Excellent value.
