It was close to the airport. Some people might like that it was very quiet. It was clean. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp.

It is advertised as near the beach but there is one rough towel per person which is insufficient. We did not find the bed comfortable, very hard mattress. It is bare bones but clean and neat. Taxi or 10-20 minute walk necessary to see anything out get anywhere.
