My husband And I recently spent five days at Chicos Studio, and I can't recommend it enough! Patra, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She even left us some delightful treats in our room, which was such a lovely touch. The studio itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, kettle, and fridge. The cleaning service, which occurred once during our stay, was perfectly sufficient for us. Location-wise, Chicos Studio is fantastic! It’s very close to a supermarket and just an 8-minute walk from the heart of Ayia Napa. Despite being so close to the action, the area was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep.

Amazing quiet and clean studio in Ayia Napa. It was equipped with everything you need, close to the centre, bus station and to the beach. The host was very nice, left us homemade sweets and a little surprise at the end of our trip. I really recommend this place!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal - quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the center. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Patra is such a kind and thoughtful host - she welcomed us with a bottle of water and a traditional Cyprus dessert, brought us homemade sweets during the room cleaning, and on our last day we found a small gift and a lovely note waiting at the door! Such warmth and hospitality are truly rare 🥹

The only “bad” thing about Patra’s place? That Patra isn’t my aunt 😄

Отдыхали с 17.10.25. по 24.10.25. Были приятно удивлены жаркой погодой и очень тёплым морем для конца октября. Великолепные пляжи! Квартира уютная и оригинально оформлена. Есть все необходимое кухонное оборудование чтобы готовить дома, а не ходить в кафе. Тихое место , несмотря на то что находится рядом с шумных центром. Но, самое глпвное- это хозяйка апартаментов Петра!! Всегда была на связи и во всем помогала. Мы были всегда окружены её вниманием. Это было очень приятно. Приезжайте в Айя Напу в апартаменты Chicos Studios и вы не пожалеете. Вам очень здесь понравится.
