The apartments are spotless really clean and modern ! They are in a quiet location but in walking distance to the centre only 5mins and lots of supermarkets nearby.Patra the lady who owns the apartments was one of most loveliest person you could meet , she recommended places to eat and even baked me and my daughter some cake couldn't done enough! An Unforgettable Stay at Chico Apartments My brother and I had the pleasure of staying at Chico Apartments during our holiday in Cyprus — and I can confidently say we’ve never experienced such outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Patra, our host, made us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. She is an extraordinary person with a genuinely warm heart, and her dedication to her guests goes above and beyond anything we've ever encountered. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful — spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and clearly cared for with love. The description mentioned a fully equipped kitchen, and it absolutely delivered. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably, which was such a pleasant surprise. In the past, we’ve stayed in places where “fully equipped” meant the bare minimum, but here, we didn’t have to second-guess a thing. On arrival, we were greeted with thoughtful little touches — sweet treats laid out on the table and two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. After a long journey in the heat, this small gesture made a big difference. It’s details like these that set Chico Apartments — and Patra — apart. Every third day, we received room service, and the apartment was refreshed and cleaned beautifully. Each time, there was another little surprise waiting for us on the table — a treat that brought smiles to our faces after long days of exploring. One day, we even found a slice of Patra’s homemade cake in the fridge — and it was absolutely delicious. It’s this kind of warmth and personal touch that made us feel like we were staying with a friend, not just renting a holiday apartment.

Everything was perfect just need more space .. Throughout our stay, Patra checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was always just a message away. She met us with such kindness and sincerity — truly, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. On our final day, she surprised us again with small fridge magnets as parting gifts — a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made us both smile. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and completely cared for. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. If you're planning a trip to Ayia Napa, we wholeheartedly recommend Chico Apartments. You won't just find a beautiful place to stay — you’ll find a host who truly pours her heart into making your experience special. We had a great stay at Patra's place. She is very kind. The apartment is nice, very clean and has everything you need for stay. Location is also very good. Near bus stop, near everything but enough far from louder part of Ayia Napa.

Chicos Studios is a very cozy apartment in a quiet Aiya Napa neighborhood. It is 5 minutes walk from central square. At this square is bus stop for all the city amd intercity lines. Patra was very welcoming host. She has answered at all my questions and gave us very helpfull advices regarding were to eat and what to visit. The apartment is cleand every three days and she always left us sweets in the fridge.

Very helpful and friendly host. The studio was lovely and comfortable, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's situated in a local area, not a touristy one, and very close to a well-equipped supermarket.
