BELLE VUE Mountain Home

The house was very clean, well equipped, very comfortable, have a fire place Tasos the host is very nice and helpful. Location is excellent.

Great rooms all new. Have everything you need. Great balcony with stunning views. Very recommended

The owners care very good, nice people. The apartment was spotless clean. We used the washingmaschine. Every item were new and TOP. We would like to come back.

If you are disabled or have walkingproblems you may need help. The owners told us, that they can manage that.

Belle Vue was a very comfortable home with fabulous views and oodles of outside space with both shade and full sun options. Tasos and Maria where very helpful hosts, very easy to contact and responded very quickly to enquiries. As stated in the description Belle Vue is c80m up a narrow cobbled street and there is no parking at the house. Although in theory we could have driven up to drop off/pick up our luggage we never did this and simply wheeled it from the car parking area about 100m away across the river near the monastery. Once you get used to that idea the benefits of having a lovely quiet car free location far out weigh the minor inconvenience. Kalopanayiotis is a lovely village, full of character and only about 40 minutes from Troodos but down the valley so much warmer in off season and with different trees and shrubs, It has some very nice local walking without using the car. It also has some nice eating places including "Nous" next to the monastery that looks like a cheap shack but serves great French fusion food. Not cheap and booking essential but well worth it. We were very happy both with Belle Vue and with the village as a centre from which to access the Mountains.
