Lovely Ap in the Center of Kato Paphos

Good sized well equipped and comfortable apartment in a good location, close to bars, restaurants and amenities. Good WiFi and a reasonable sized balcony for two.

Cooker extractor was very low and my wife kept banging her head on it. The shower door opened onto the toilet and there wasn't much room to get in and out of the shower.

Good communication , easy access and spotless apartment with everything you needed on offer.

We stayed beginning of October 2025 at Lovely Ap. The apartment is well located close to the Kato Paphos promenade at the sea (Poseidon Avenue). You can easily reach the archeological site and the Kings Avenue mall if you want to do shopping. It will take you a good half hour walk to the center of Paphos: watch out... it's climbing! ;-) The apartment is cute. Very well decorated. You feel at home the minute you enter. The building is a bit old but once you are inside the apartment, you don't see it anymore. Just watch out climbing the stairs (to 2nd floor) as some steps are quite broken. The apartment is very quiet as it is at the back of the building so you don't have the street noise. We only spent 2 nights and were out most of the time to visit Paphos so we did not fully use the kitchen facilities but it has a big fridge and looked fully functional to cook meals. All contacts with Konstantina (the owner) went via the chat of Booking.com. She was very reactive and friendly. We will definitely stay at Konstantina's apartment if we come back to Kato Paphos.

Some pieces of furnitures were 'almost' broken. That is of course not the fault of Konstantina... it all depends on the previous guests and you cannot check every single piece of furniture after each stay. And for me personally, the perfume/scent that was spread through the apartment after the cleaning before we arrived was very irritating so we had to open all the windows for a few hours to let it out, and still I could smell it during the whole stay. This is really something personal but if you are sensitive or allergic to strong perfumes/scents, you might want to ask beforehand to avoid using too much of it. But it is definitely not a reason for me not to stay again at the place in the future ;-)

The location was perfect and parking is available next to the property. Apartment was very welcoming and clean.
