Lovely Ap in the Center of Kato Paphos

Lovely looking, well equipped and cared for apartment a short walk to Paphos Harbour. Host support and information exceedingly good.

Very close to a football pub and noisy on 3/14 nights until early morning. TV in bedroom rather than in lounge.

The property is very comfortable, everything has been thought of. Water in the fridge, nespresso machine with capsules, ironing board, air conditioning in both living room and bedroom for cooling or heating the apartment, the apartment was very clean. Short walk to the harbour and beach front promenade.

The building where the apartment is located is an older style apartment block as others have said, but this apartment has been totally renovated.

The decor was exceptional and well designed. The host added thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine and cotton pads. The retractable blinds and washing machine were handy. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The location was good - walking distance from the harbour and great nearby options for food. There was also parking available.

The apartment itself was great but the apartment building seemed a bit rough and not reflective of the nice apartment. There weren't any elevators which would've been nice. Despite these aspects, I'll still stay again.

Don’t be put off by the entrance to the building, this apartment is a hidden gem

The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated and super clean. Aircon in both separate bedroom and living room. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom, wardrobe with half dozen hangers and drawer space. In the living room there are two small sofas, dining table and an additional single bed. The TV is in the bedroom only. Bathroom is clean and shower worked perfectly. Water heater is solar powered so during my stay in aug I didn’t have to turn it on. For the purposes of my trip the location was good, a 5-10 min walk to the sea front and Pafos harbour depending on fitness and ability. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can need. Incl washing machine. There is a small balcony with seating, although it was so hot during my stay I barely used it. Konstantina is super responsive if you need any information. Oh there is a local bus stop just outside the property and Zorba bakery on the corner open 24h.

Like other reviewers have indicated the access to the flat itself can be a bit confusing initially and the area is a bit dark at night. Until I familiarised with the location I had to use torch on phone. Having said that, the owner has made all efforts to clearly signpost directions from the ground floor to the flat and has installed lights along the stairwells that come on automatically. Unfortunately they are solar powered and can be a bit dim. The flat is on a second floor without lift. There is no pool area and the nearest decent beach is probably about 15-20 min walk. So if you are looking for a family beach holiday probably not for you but great for couples and independent travellers.

Super cosy apartment and great host. Willing to help, explain, whatever you need. Apartment is equipped with everything you need, or even imagine. Ap is a few minutes from the main bus station (from there you have buses to the beaches, airport, atractions).
