Comfortable room, easy check in, quiet, coffee and tee making

Very small bathroom, high price

Location was fairly good - 10m walk from the tram line linking you to the Centrala station in 10 minutes; close to the lake

The room is exceptionally basic as furniture and amenities. The bathroom was poorly furnished and the shower did not work properly.. No blinds on the windows which makes you get up from bed very early due to sunlight.

Helpful staff as I needed a plug adaptor and she found one for me, nice location with a nice cafe on the corner, and nice to have a balcony

The shower wasn't working but it was nice to have a bath anyway for a change

Very comfortable beds. Spacious room. Coffee maker.. Garden with chairs to sit and relax in. Coffee on arrival was very much appreciated! Excellent location.

Door on bathroom didn't close but you were able to close the bedroom door.

Accueil chaleureux, rapide et efficace, chambre propre qui correspond à la description. le lit était confortable. j'ai apprécié le fait qu'il y ait du savon pour les mains, dans la douche et à la cuisine.

j'aurais apprécié un rideau de douche.

Keys were easy to get. Quiet location.

Extractor didn’t work. A bit tired looking.

It was a convenient location for our needs. Although the reception wasclosed on arrival after about 10 minutes someone appeared to let us in. There was a coffe machine, kettle and fridge in the room which was all positive.

The shower was in a small bath which was difficult to access and had a half door which meant the floor was flooded when the shower was in use. There was an air conditioning unit in the room that beeped and whirred every 15 minutes through the night despite being turned off. The room was extremely cold on arrival. The rooms did not feel clean and were very tired and shabby. The basic room did not feel good value.
