Adorable Cozy Apartment

It suited my needs for a weekend away perfectly. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and there was a lovely park nearby for early morning walks. The location was good for where I needed to be, and it was easy to find.

The property is in a safe and central area. I walked to and from the university campus each morning and afternoon without any issues; the location is perfect for anyone attending conferences or other events at the campus. The room also has a spacious kitchen - very useful for self-catering.

Comfortable and affordable place. It's in the basement of a house but spacious, clean and well furnished.

On the outskirts of the city, far from the centre.

Not bad location

They say in the title that is a ground floor apartment which is actually an apartment in the basement with no windows very heavy air and overall not very clean. And also no signal for the phone down there.

Close to Nicosia General Hospital. Washing Machine. Good wi-fi connection Comfortable bed.

There is no mobile telephone signal in the apartment, good wi-fi but I was waiting on a call from a Surgeon at the hospital about my husbands major surgery which is why I booked the apartment in the first place, to be close to the hospital. I unknowingly missed that important call. The signal picks up out on the street above. So obviously I was devastated,

Very nice apartment, very clean, well equipped and well designed. Great value for money! It is a bit far from the center and in a basement - but this is very clear in the announcement so there are no surprises. Definitely recommended

There is another apartment next door which was also rented at the same time. No specific issue but when the neighbor put music, this could be hear in the apartment.
