Chesa Sonnenuhr

Die Lage ist sehr schön, war aber vor Jahren bestimmt viel schöner. Es sind zu viele Bäume gepflanzt worden. Im Westen der Liegenschaft stehen 2-3 mächtige Birken, die wohl Schatten spenden, aber das braucht es nicht. Das Klima ist angenehm und es wird sicher nie heiss.

Der Parkplatz in einer Einstellhalle befindet sich nicht direkt vor der Liegenschaft. Das parkieren in der Halle eines grösseren Autos in der in der Ecke, unmittelbar bei der Ausfahrt, erfordert viel "Handarbeit", vor allem wenn noch Velos (nicht unsere) dort abgestellt werden. Im Winter mag ein gedeckter Parkplatz ein Vorteil sein, sofern man das Auto nicht jeden Tag benötigt. Unmittelbar vor dem Haus befindet sich Abstellplätze, die immer von anderen Fahrzeugen besetzt waren. Aus Ihrer Anzeige für diese Wohnung ist nicht erkenntlich, dass sich in der selben Liegenschaft zwei weitere Wohnungen (von anderen Besitzern?) befinden. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, vor allem der Hauseingang und das Treppenhaus.

We liked the peace and quiet, however we were there off season! We had so much light and space, and kids loved the box with games!

We could not find any broom or vacuum cleaner to clean in between. Also the sponge to clean the dishes could be new or at least cleaner.

Very spacious, nice and warm, had everything we needed (kitchen etc) beautiful views and nice quiet location in the Engadin. Also the shower was great, strong water pressure and never turned cold.

There weren’t many towels/linens and the pillows were not very plush. But we bring our own travel pillows since this is a common issue. Also the garage was quite tight to get in and out and park in. Maybe easier with a tiny car.

The apartment was absolutely great! Cosy, a lot of space, comfortable, quiet and splendid views. Everything is there for a perfect vacation.

Nothing to say…

Very spacious apartment , kitchen perfectly equipped, easy to use and many basic cooking ingredients already available. The living room with its fireplace, large library and selection of games transformed any bad weather day into an entertaining family event. Owners were always available by phone and provided every assistance and useful suggestions .

Mattresses in the small room could be thicker and all pillows could be bigger and firmer.

The view from our balcony was brilliant. Allover the house was clean and we felt like our own home. We will probably visit once again.
