Perfect apartment with everything you need. Instructions from the hosts for everything so precised that you don't need to hesitate. Super quiet location, huge terrase and fantastic pool. Ideal place, you cannot find a thing to complain about.

The apartment was well furnished and had everything you could need for a holiday, exactly as described. 3 beaches, many restaurants, and a superb bakery in walking distance, 3 min drive to a large supermarket and an excellent location for many more beaches and attractions to visit within 15-20 mins drive such as the larger Ayia Napa and Protaras resorts. We had a lot of fun exploring the local area with our hire car. During our week stay the complex was very quiet, never a problem to find a sun bed at the gorgeous pool, the kids spent hours splashing about, communal areas regularly cleaned, although we didn’t use it the on-site gym looked well equipped. We think this is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in, modern, had everything you needed, helpful hosts, comfortable beds, air con, dishwasher, washing machine, superb location. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon. Thank you!

It was a great stay.

I liked the details at the property. We only asked for a baby cot but they prepared also potty. Or they prepared for us a cold bags for food or drinks which was very handy and we could take it to the beach, such a great idea 👍and we also found a beach towels for us and for kid in the property. They really thought about everything. 🙂I enjoyed my stay deeply, definitely recommend to stay here 👍

Super clean and fully equipped apartment. Great swimming pool. Beaches nearby just a few km by car. Restaurants and shopping accessible on foot. Quiet area. Good size terrace. Easily accessible. Kids friendly. Soap, washing powder, olive oil, cleaning products, beach towels, etc., included. Good communication with owner.

One more shelf in the fridge would be handy. Despite it is a quiet area, the apartment is facing the road and you can hear cars passing by in the morning. Nothing critical as there are not many anyway. The net of the tennis court could be better maintained.

Everything was great, communication with the owner was excellent, the equipment exceeded my expectations.

Stylish, bright, cosy flat with a big balcony. Everything you might need is provided. Really feels like home! Location is also great: nearest beach and supermarket just a 5-minure walk away. Kind, helpful host, who is always available. Besides two pools, there's also a gym on the premises.

everything was great! the equipment of the apartment exceeded our wildest expectations! first aid kit 'beach towels' diving masks 'umbrella' all adapters 'beach toys' and many other things that you forgot or don't need to take from home ..;)!

you could definitely change the description of the apartment's location ... you could make a sketch of the estate with the block numbers marked ... after an almost 24-hour journey a man is a little stunned ... and it's hard to find the right building ...;)

position in calm area, not far from the beach cca 1km, close to nearby supermarket, with swimming pool, with tennis court, gym and pleasent personal.well equiped which we utilize due to bad weather :-( we must repeat our stay.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday. Home away from home!

Not really a dislike, but if you have children, be aware that the very large main pool was quite deep at every point of entry.
