Appartamento super accogliente zona molto tranquilla e in centro. Vicino a tutto parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, super fornita e lo staff ha sempre risposto a tutti i messaggi. Colonia di gatti in parte a casa.

We liked the space of the property, and the host was able to answer all questions and queries we had.

The zebra skin took us a bit by surprise as it wasn’t in the photos but didn’t disrupt our stay.

Roomy apartment (102), basic furnishings etc., but comfortable. Quiet area with a non-touristy feel. Very near to buses, local, intercity and airport. Parking on street outside. Big supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Good choice of restaurants, tavernas and bars within easy walking distance. Owner easy to contact. They provided extra pillows when asked. It ticked all the boxes for what we needed.

Could do with a few bits of basic maintenance. Plug in kitchen sink didn't work. Small leak under the sink. One electric socket in kitchen broken. Cupboard door in bathroom had broken hinges. Lights over cooker hob didn't work. Settee had a throw over it, hiding damage underneath. Limited pans etc for cooking, but we managed. A microwave would have been useful.

Check in was smooth, apartment is nice, comfortable and fully functional. Location is very close to Old Paphos centre, two petrol station very near, grocery stores as well. Very good!

It is a nice one-bedroom apartment with cozy design on the ground floor. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The apartment located in the old town close to shops, market, Markideio Municipal theatre, and restaurants. 5 min walk from the terminus intercity bus station. Stable Wi-Fi. Easy to reach the host.

However, it is 30-35 min walk (or take a bus) to the promenade, beach hotel and restaurant area, and historical sites.

Very clean apartment, 2 minutes to Karavella Bus Station, from where it is easy to go to other places. Easy check-in and check-out. Supermarket and many cafes and restaurants nearby. In the apartment there are 2 air conditioners in the rooms, helped a lot at chilly nights in March to warm the apartment. Although the stone floor was still very cold, and there was no way to warm the bathroom..

We booked room 101 (based on the previous reviews and pictures), but got room 102, which had no microwave oven. Other facilities were ok. In the description the property offers a free transfer from the airport for the stays longer than 7 nights - it appeared to be "out of dated info that they were not able to remove". The owner organized a transfer at fair price, but still, this was not free.
