Evros Peyia & Coral Bay Seaview Apartment

The Host met me at the Property and explained things very well and even left me a most welcome welcome pack. The host was a great communicator and full of local recommendations and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Property.

The Host Evros went above and beyond to make everything good for us , he is a lovely genuine man , couldnt wish for a nicer person. he brought so much fresh fruits vegs from his garden, a legend.

a minor criticism the road is the main route into peyia is a bit noisy , a bit dusty . the toaster had a unique way of deciding if you could have toast haha.

Very clean. Easy to find. Fairly spacious. Large balcony. Great host.

I found the bathroom had a smell I just couldn’t tolerate. It didn’t seem to be the drains it seemed to be the water itself - I don’t know. Others might not mind it but I struggled with it. However I’m not sure this is something the host can rectify so I wouldn’t let that affect your choice to stay here.

Apartment was in a good location but on busy main road.. Plenty of parking. The facilities were not as described on your website. Evros did come to look at broken bed and was a genuine guy.

There was no hot tub.. but this was listed as an app with one.The pool area left a lot to the imagination quite a scuffy complex. The facilities were not as described. The apartment stated it would cater for 5 it would be very crowded and bathroom is small . There is a mixture of very old furniture and new which spoils the amount of room available. We left a list of repairs for Evros, this included the broken double bed and the loo didn't flush. We appreciate he may not have been aware of the several issues we listed for him. This could be a nice albeit small apartment for 3 to 4 max.with a bit of updating

Evros is a great host, very informative and helpful, before and throughout our stay. The apartment is well equipped and having a nearby pool is nice. Peyia is nice and quiet yet very close to coral bay area.

Convenient location. Lots of home appliances and great WiFi. A wonderful and hospitable host who friendly met and helped in any matters.

Fully equipped room. There are towels and bed linen. A pleasant surprise from the host awaits in the room ( fruits, beer and wine). There is a cooker and a washing machine. Sunset view from the balcony. There is private parking.

the space , the comforts, the equipment to completely self cater , the smart tv x2 , the car park . but especially the extremely kind and gracious host . his generosity was help with enquiries were completely overwhelming
