Vas' Penthouse

The property was spacious and clean. Mr. Hero was the sweetest little host and we adored him. This place made us feel like home, it was great. Also, great view!

Loved the place, and the fact that Mr. Hero was so friendly made it 100 times better. The cutest little cat.

This is in a quiet, residential area, parking is not a problem, but its still within walking distance of good traditional Cypriot restaurants, mini markets and an excellent Bavarian deli called Bavarian Deli. Five minute drive to the parking lots outside the old city and easy to navigate. Clean, fully fitted kitchen - which is larger than a lot of kitchens you'll find in this class - comfortable bed. Okay, I've buried the lede: Mr Hero is the highlight. I don't think the hosts will mind if I say this - if you don't like cats, look elsewhere. Mr Hero is the most well-behaved 18-year-old I've ever met; handsome, shiny coat, well groomed and very affectionate. When you're there, he probably wants to spend time with you. If you're traveling for business or holiday and you've left a kitty behind at your home, Mr Hero will solve your problems.

This has more to do with me and nothing to do with the hosts, but if you're 6'3" or taller the bathroom can be tricky. But you'll manage and it works fine. 10/10 recommend.

Very cosy, great company (Mr Hero, the cat), excellent view of the city, very clean and tidy, the hosts are very king and always eager to help.

A couple of things require repair (toilet seat, laundry basket etc.) but not a big deal. Couldn't tune to local channels on the telly and only a couple of cable channels were available to watch. Remote control batteries were almost dead, but again not that important.
