Good position of the apartment, 50m to the beach. Apartment with all utilities, modern and clean.

in the living room there was a socket that was detached from the wall, the grate where the dishes were dripping was rusty, and in the morning given that it was 14 degrees Celsius outside, the living room got cold very quickly, but we used the inverter and heated the room as much as we needed. we were 2 families, 4 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 8 and we managed very well. we were not bothered at all by the minuses above.

Parking was a little problem but think it was due to roadworks in the area

A charming and spacious apartment that offered us a perfect home base for our citybreak. Exceptional cleanliness and comfortable beds. Awesome sea view from the balcony. Greay location (in front of the beach promenade). Kitchen fully equipped for home-cooked meals. Reliable wi-fi in all rooms of the apartment. We received a written guide with helpful information on how to get to the apartment from airport, detailed instructions for self-check-in and a local area guide about where to eat/ drink/have fun and what to visit. There were plug adaptors (from UE to UK type) in each room which was so helpful for us. Communication was prompt and friendly, through Whatsapp / Viber. We'd highly recommend this apartment - a truly gem for any traveler.

The flat was clean, comfortable, very close to tavernas, coffee shops & the old town. We received instructions about access to the flat, parking & other practical things before arrival. Communication with the host was very easy, we kept in touch through the entire stay. There was a minor issue with the A/C which was sorted very quickly. This promptness was greatly appreciated. We would very much like to stay here again.

Excellent location

Great location and amazing seaview, close to all relevant sightseeing spots. You can easily walk down to the seashore as well as to the old town. Taxi can easily get at the station right underneath the building.

The welcome pack for four people was not enough (the toilet paper and the coffee and sugar ran out too soon). Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough under the beds. The hardest part is Bay36 or some neighboring place, a bar right underneath the building, which sometimes plays loud music till 23:00 or 24:00.

The entire check-in process worked perfectly and was fully self check-in, which made everything very easy and efficient. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent – fast, friendly, and very helpful. The location is outstanding: very central and exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and bright, offering plenty of space. The balcony was especially pleasant – the morning sun shines directly onto it, making it perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Overall, highly recommended, especially for families.

The apartment itself is slightly worn, which can be noticed in a few areas throughout the property. The shower tends to overflow easily, and unfortunately we were unable to find a hairdryer. As we stayed during the winter season, we spent some time watching movies. While the TV itself is great and modern, the sofa is unfortunately not very comfortable for longer periods. Overall, these are minor points – we would still rate the stay 9/10.
