Close to the beach, comfortable furniture, but not very clean bathroom and really dirty balcony.

It is very difficult to find the entrance when you arrive. There is a lot of noice from outside the hotel (loud music, taxis etc.). Very unpleasant communication with staff/ owners when something wrong. They didn´t inform us, that there is construction side right at the entrance to our apartment. From 5 am, there were jackhammers working outside every day. We wrote to owners and answer: "search other accommodation, we don´t want receive bad reviews". We was unpleasantly suprised by their handling of this situation and their attitude towards guests.

Everything was wonderful and at a high level, and Katerina is an outstanding professional and a great person

It was difficult to find the appartment block. Especially in the evening.

The location was great, the balcony was the cherry on top of the cake. The tram was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay :)

The apartment fully corresponded to the description, in a good location. The hostess was kind, she was interested in whether we were satisfied with everything and prepared the apartment for our arrival. Thank you for your concern, we were able to check in earlier!!!

The location was stunning. The decor was beautiful and stylish The AC was perfect The balcony was lovely The furniture and furnishings were fantastic In summary it was perfectly located, spacious, light filled, airy, comfortable and beautiful

Bathroom door doesn’t have a lock.

bathroom requires renovating and sofa bed couldn’t be used due to poor dirty unhygienic condition

Modern clean and stylish …Loved it … Katerina went over and above what was expected of her and is a lovely lady with a heart of gold …

The entrance of the building was horrid ..Bins and common parts unloved but our apartment was a little oasis
