Mythical Sands Resort & Spa, Evilion Apartment

Obtaining the keys was very easy, the code to the safe box was messaged to me during our flight so all the information including directions and access codes were waiting in my WhatsApp on our arrival. Very easy and very safe. I must say, the apartment is very well equipped, there is literally everything you need for a fully sufficient holiday from spoons, to roasting trays, crockery, microwave, hob, oven and dishwasher which I thought was fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was nice and the shower had power behind it which I loved. The bedrooms were both a good size and the beds comfy. We stayed in winter so was pleased to see fluffy quilts and fresh bedding. The complex is clean, neighbours were lovely and the entrance is services by stairs and a fully working lift. I absolutely loved this place and would not hesitate to book again

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & great location. The apartment is equipped with everything you would ever need for a great holiday. Really nice touch that the owner had put water & snacks/coffee etc in the apartment prior to our arrival. And great communication from initial booking, through to arrival, during our stay, then departure.

Property is on the resort Mythical sands - lovely 3 pools with a bonus of a very cool adults only one too! Near to a shop and some lovely restaurants.

We stayed in Georgio's apt. as a family with a 10-year old daughter. It is a spacious and cozy apartment with proper beds for 4 people (we were only 3), you could even choose the pillow to sleep on based on the thickness (feature of the best hotels only), A/C in every single room (living room and 2 bedrooms). Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, including dishwasher, also some small snacks and water waiting upon arrival and all the basic stuff like salt/sugar, tea, plastic bags, even ice in the fridge, also an Nespresso machine with the capsules as well, little grill/toaster, vacuum cleaner (good when too much sand in the apt after all those beaches :) ). The host also left some things for the beach in a cabinet - umbrella, balls to play and some toys for children - which we used and returned back :-) - this is what I call a sustainable vacation (don't have to buy a new one and throw it away). All those things mentioned earlier are not expensive for the host but were a value added to our stay and I definitely appreciated it. The host also left a good guide what is good to see/visit in the area, restaurants, bars, etc. Whenever I contacted the host, he immediately replied. A dedicated parking spot was available few meters from the apt., 100 m from the apt. there was a nice swimming pool (one of 3) and little further there were other 2 pools (one for adults only, another biggest one for families); we used the closest one as usually it was not busy at all. There was also a gym which we did not visit but seemed to be well equipped. The apt. was in a quiet location, not more than 10 mins walk from the closest beach (Malama beach) and literally few meters from the main street (Kennedy Ave.) with all the shops/bars/restaurants, etc. (we walked down trough a parking lot, no need to go around the entire block like with the car). All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and I definitely recommend it to everyone :-)

The only thing I disliked was a non-working ventilator in the bathroom, but as per the host there is some general reconstruction required to fix this.

I have to say I was really shocked by the quality of this beautiful apartment! Lovely clean, sunny apartment with a balcony. Everything you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, a well equipped kitchen. And three amazing shared pools to choose from and a gym at a small fee! cannot recommend enough .. the best place I have stayed at in Cyprus. Mike was very helpful with the check in.

Wifi was good (eg for Netflix, video streaming) but not quite good enough for high quality video calls I had for work! It did break up sometimes.

A great apartment, spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. Location was great, literally 2 mins walk from bars and restaurants but was not affected by any noise at all. Lovely beach walks nearby to.

Would have been nice to have had 2 sun beds on the balcony instead of 1.

The owner was very kind, helpful, answered all the questions and provided all the information needed to find the location, access code, keys,etc.. Photos are accurate and location very nice,near to beach, Gym, restaurants.. People there are very friendly and helpful,polited.I had a good time and experience.Pet friendly also.On arrival we found water in the fridge, bottle of wine and biscuits, traditional sweets from local Zorpas.The flat is equipped with everything,I enjoyed the espresso machine with the capsules included,tea,sugar also.

Everything, except the fact that Paralimni is rather small and underdeveloped. On the other side, we had everything we really needed near.
