EE(In April) a nice quiet place near the center of Ayia Napa. Near the main avenue, easy to get to, but relaxed and comfortable. Parking easy, pool is great. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Restaurants and shops a short walking distance away. Beach and beach promenade to the other side similarly a short walking distance away. Extra points to our resourceful host Aristos, who is on-site to help out when needed. Thank You!
Coming from a place where duvet cover is standard, i can't help but wonder why it's not used everywhere :)
LVVery pleasant stay. The place felt fresh and well-maintained, and it’s located close to the sea. There is a swimming pool, although we couldn’t enjoy it due to cool weather. Parking is available, which is convenient. The center is about a 15-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen equipment could be better suited for four people.

LTThe apartment is in a newly built villa block, everything is neat and modern. We lived in an apartment on the first floor with terrace and pool view. The territory is well maintained, quiet neighborhood. Near the sea.

Faltava algum equipamento de cozinha. O apartamento para 4 pessoas só tinha 3 garfos, 3 colheres, 3 facas, etc. Uma cafeteira para fazer café também seria útil.
