The host. Perfect hospitality... Willing and attentive... Great Location!

No Microwave which is a must....

Excellent location, shops and restaurants are very close.

Already upon arrival the apartment looked like it was not cleaned properly. We found hair on the floor in the bathroom and behind beds. The kitchen basically had only one pot, no frying pan and glasses were dirty in the cupboard.

The apartment location was awesome, very close to the city downtown, bars, stores, restaurants, clubs... The air conditioner was working like new, fresh air is coming out of it and it is fully functional. All kudos to Elena ( member of management ) who was very kind and helpful during our stay at Ayia Napa.

There could be more cutlery, especially the forks, also, we had persistent issue with the shower drain hole, which was clogged, so the water often flooded the whole bathroom making it pretty slippery ( we had our own swimming pool 😅 ).

Very close to the movida, but not noisy.

The shower is loosing water around

1. The ac worked well 2. Netflix 3. Very close to the city centre and well connected as it's close to bus stops 4. Check in was easy as you get the key in a safe box 5. The host kept in touch although I never saw them

1. Extremely loud at night. It is passable for 1 or 2 nights but don't think I could do more. It's full of huge clubs around and you can clearly hear music and screams all night long. 2. The bathroom needs some fixing. The shower curtain is falling and it is clogged.

Was in a good central location, staff were very helpful and had good communication

Was a little bit loud at night as it’s located on the strip but that’s a given.

Tidy and as far as cleanliness it was satisfactory and the cost of the apartment per night was reasonable

The parking situation is awful and needs to be resolved with an electric gate With each person staying at the apartments have their own remote control,so is to keep undesirable s out.Bandidos restaurant opposite needs to solve its own parking issues and not use the napa Charles APTS as parking. Lastly the shower in the apartment I was staying in had no pressure whatsoever and the balcony was filthy
