Cheerful Apartment in Nicosia

Nice, esthetic place. Excellent for a couple. Living roon+bed room+balcony+bathroom.

I have to notice few points to attention. There was only one blanket per couple, which was really not enough. So whoever is important to him, will make sure to ask for more blankets. In addition, there were groceries from the previous guests, which should have been removed.

The apartment had everything someone needs. Although the building is old, the apartment is quite renovated and you feel comfortable. They offers drinks and snacks in the fridge that you can use and pay them back. They have the price list on the fridge.

A very nice apartment in the residential area. There was plenty of space, a nice equipped kitchen, a balcony and a comfy living room. The bathroom was a bit smaller but we had no problem with it. We received instructions via whatsapp and all worked fine for us.

The building is a bit older and may look a bit sketchy in the evening but it was perfectly safe and we enjoyed our stay.

Good value of money compared with other accommodations at this price.

The doors and windows wouldn't close properly and for January it's a bit of a problem.

Very quick and secure self check-in/check-out. The owner of the apartment was available online to answer to my questions. This 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Simple but smart and modern. Recommended for short or longer stays, for 1 or 2 persons. The outside of the building shows it's age (build in 70's) but the apartment is renovated and in perfect condition. The owner put in the fridge few soft drinks and candies that you can consume at a reasonable price. Also few small bottles of water for free. Good gesture! The wifi is fast and stable. The tv is smart, you can watch youtube etc.

Nothing about the apartment itself. The owner gives a list with number of parking spaces where you can park your car. Each parking space has a number written at the floor. But if you arrive for first time at night or when its dark its hard to see these numbers. Also some are faded. Maybe a repaint can help to make them more visible but im not sure if this is under the control of the owner.

The first apartment they tried to put us in had a beautifully furnished bedroom with a big bed and a nice table next to it. The kitchen is okay for someone that does not need to cook. The second apartment they put us in was also very nice. The bed was comfortable and big, the balcony was great to look at fireworks, and the living room had a comfortable sofa with a big TV.

When we first arrived we got situated in an apartment that was completely different than the one we booked. No oven and a small fridge (we bought frozen food and lots of it so it was quite shocking to see stuff missing). I contacted the host which said at first that they put us in another apartment as the one we booked was occupied. Quite distressing. You simply cannot just switch someone to another apartment without asking them first. And a worse one for that. However, the host then offered to switch us to another apartment in the same building that had a stove and a bigger fridge. Do note that the door in this first apartment has glass that is almost see-through. The mirror is also broken. In the second one, they situated us in - the window blinds of the living room were absolutely unfunctional and destroyed. The shower head has very low pressure but I don't think they can do anything with that.

It was clean. Water for free. The bed and the pillows were very soft.

It was cold. The radiator made it warmer but not so well. The shower was broken. There is no microwave.
