Great views, close to bars and restaurants. Free parking. In general, I would recommend it.

Maybe some refreshing of the apartment would be a good idea. However, in total, it is not a big minus.

"Lovely 4th floor apartment on the beach."

Lovely apartment on the 4th floor with loads of place and probably more suited for 4 as there are two double bedrooms and lots of cupboards, etc. Beautiful view from the balcony towards Larnaca centre, the beach and the sunset. There is a lift/elevator available.

Unfortunately, water pressure is often a problem on Cyprus, and being on the 4th floor probably didn't help (although the view was fantastic). There were also some issues with the kitchen appliances.

Right by beach, walking distance to many restaurants and attractions, quiet, beautiful, clean, great space for family of 6, super attentive staff, no issues.

The elevator door was a bit fiesty.
