"Superb"

Location, view, balcony, comfort, overall cleanliness, communication with host.

The booster takes 1 hour before the running water gets hot, bath tub stained, no cable tv (just Netflix), thin walls (could hear music from neighbors at night), very small bathrooms. Not extremely bothersome, but must be mentioned at this price range. Quite overpriced (about +30%, if you take the time to do a bit of benchmark on Paphos flats), probably pricing in the proximity to Lidl and Venus beach (but keep in mind buses run every 10 min and cost 1.5€/ride ;) ).

"Very good"

The apartment is okay,modern style. Location is perfect. My kids are disappointed as swimming pool is closed and they're not keen on beach. Please do check with them before booking to avoid disappointment. Overall we are happy. Very easy to communicate as well.

Swimming pool is closed. Takes ages for the water to get hot.

"Exceptional"

We stayed in apartment for weekend during November. Check in&out was super easy. Apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Lidl and bus stop are really close and so is the beach - we were able to swim in the sea at the end of November (that was great, although we experienced big waves - maybe it's different during summer) and we also used swimming pool. Easy communication with owner, who is 100% helpful. Would definitely recommend!

"great stay will book again"

Such a comfortable king size bed! Quiet air conditioning, clean apartment and we also loved the small touches l like coffee and sugar or wine left for us in the apartment

there is very little we had problem with the property but if anything, the sofa bed was little hard

"Perfect Stay"

clean apartment, well decorated, comfortable beds, nice sea view and central location close to everything. Lana was amazing and Eduard taxi was super committed and on time all the time.

the noise from the street but by closing the window and putting the ac fan on high speed I managed to get a nice sleep. we had an incident for one night that the electrical interruptor had a problem, the team took us to another apartment that night, they fixed it permanently the second day and compensated us for that night. But that made me to trust the host more and I will book with them next time.
