Oceanview Apartment

We really loved the view from the apartment and the close proximity to the sea. The view is really wonderful!

- The apartment really needs renovation and updating; we didn’t find it cozy or comfortable.(also there was mold on the ceilings) - It was difficult to find our apartment among the others, especially late at night when visibility was poor. It took us about 25 minutes to locate the entrance. - The city is quite far, and the surrounding infrastructure is not well-developed (restaurants, cafés, and shops). In the evening, it was hard to find a place for dinner, though we assume this might be due to the off-season. A car is definitely necessary. But We believe it could be a good option for summer.

It took us about an hour going back and forth to find it. A lot of construction on with no lights as we arrived late making it very dangerous site without any warning from the owner, Very irresponsible and dangerous. The whole complex hidden by heavy road constructions, looked old, dirty and as if it was disserted. See photos provided with the apartment circled in red. No sign and no msg received with instructions. We even asked someone that seem to be from the area and did not know where it was. There was a whole construction happening in front and to get there they had put to large garbage cans as a sign to find it. We called the number listed on Booking.com several times until we got an answer back Unfortunately it was too late to make any other booking as we had paid in advance more than 400 euros for 3 nights and we had a wedding to prepare for the next day. Well overpriced for the place we were treated in for a gritty and very irresponsible owner. Lucky for them we did not have any accident. Before we booked this place we found a nearby hotel who were kind enough to inform that there is a construction in front of the hotel and we dropped that booking. On top of living in a construction side for 3 days, the shower did not have any pressure and made it almost impossible to have a shower. We called back the number we had and again took some time to get a call back. The answer we got is "because of the construction side we cannot do nothing" which was appalling. Booking.com should avoid such listings and such irresponsible owners. We have talked to the local authorities and asked us to file an official complaint. We told them to wait until we get Booking.com or the owner response. The list we expect to get our money back.

Both ladies in charge were extremely helpful . We loved everything in the apartment. If we were to go back to Cyprus we would go back to this place , for sure. Thank you again !

Great location- beach was meters away, air conditioning made everything more comfortable when the breeze dropped. Bus route close by and a beach walk to restaurants and cafes along the coast. Maria was fantastic.

Nothing really

Location says it all. The sea is right next to you.we didn’t want to leave

proximity to the sea view from the window/terrace peace and quiet

around the apartment, there are street renovations everywhere. Only the sea side is beautiful. There is a police station on the other side of the street, and you can often hear the sound of a police siren

View, good beds

The apartment met all our expectations. It was comfortable and situated on the beach front, the Larnaca airport bus route and close to convenience stores.

Low water pressure due to the road works out side the apartment due to finish 2025,
