Size, location, and communication with the property owner was top notch!

The beds were a level of firmness we were unaccustomed to.

Tony was awesome. We had some problem whit water pressure. He arrived 20 min after we call him and fix it right away. The apartment was very clean. Best location

The apartment is centrally located walking distance to downtown Paphos, the Nea Paphos archaeological site, the harbour, the municipal baths and lots of restaurants. There is a big supermarket across the street and a big pool area as well as a gym. It also has parking available, so you can easily do day trips around the island without issue. The owners were responsive to issues.

The bathroom was quite badly designed, as the shower cabin was not closed off. This meant the whole bathroom would get completely wet with every single shower. Also, the apartment could have done with mosquito netting as there were quite a few of the little ones.

Location was ideal for harbour area. Our apartment was clean and functional. The common areas of the complex (Basilica Holiday Resort) were tired looking. The area it’s in is residential, commercial and run down. It’s a basic 2-3 star and ok for a night or two but I won’t be rushing back. Now that I’m familiar with the area, there was nicer options for similar prices. (But that’s always the way).

The location is fabulous for everything, no view but the pool area and taverns bar made up for it. Just a short walk from all amenities, shops, restaurants, bars and harbour.

No lift to the property which wasn't good when two of our party have mobility difficulty. No drawers in the bedrooms and not enough coat hangers so lots of clothing had to be left in the suitcase. Chest of drawers desperately needed!! Also advertised as Harbour Suites, they are not, in fact the apartment is in another building called Thalia block.So on arrival it took half an hour and the help of hotel staff to find out actual apartment which was in fact in another block.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the sea/Harbour and a short walk to bars and restaurants. The communication from the host, Tony was brilliant. We had everything we needed.
