Latchi Area Apartments

Amazing location! We had everything next to us, beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, markets... Also the apartment was comfortable, we had enough sofas in the living room to sit and chill. Air-condition in every room also was something great because we needed it in this heat. Also we had a covered parking and the self check in/check out was so easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend the place for everyone.

The only thing i can comment on is the cleanliness because the floor was dusty and could've been more clean to be honest. And the beds comfort is mid level, not the best but not too bad.

I didn’t like the fact that the apartment was empty. No shower gel or shampoo. Not even a bottle of water as a welcome gesture. Not a shelf in the bathroom for us to rest our cosmetics. They had furniture alright.

Location is good with free car parking and all within easy level walking of the harbour with its bars and restaurants. The bathroom was clean but the shower head was blocked with limited water pressure. The pool looked clean

We stayed in apartment C13. The apartment is tatty & not very comfortable. There are no cleaning materials (cloths or fluids) whatsoever in the apartment and minimal cutlery/crockery etc. The cooker hood is filthy. Kitchen cabinets are old and need updating, AC didn't work (no batteries), one of the beds was falling apart and creaked every time you moved. Everything in the apartment is cheap quality and not very comfortable. The balcony furniture was filthy. We tried to contact the owner during our stay but got no reply. We paid c.€50 pn which turned out to be a false economy because we left a day early because we weren't enjoying ourselves. You get what you pay for..... which is not very much in this case. Location is good but the apartment is very basic and not very clean. .

1 of the beds needs repairing because it is broken and excessively creaky with every movement

The apartment was in central Latchi but set back form the road and very private and quiet. It was close to restaurants, shops and buses. It was well provided and had a nice private terrace. The owner was very helpful over various things.
