Location was great

The place was not clean, smelled cigarettes. Bathroom light not working

Stayed in apartment No13 of the C block for 2 nights with a friend. The location is amazing - right at the Port and a very short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The price was a lot better than anything else I had seen around the same area. The flat is spacious and comfortable enough. The balcony had a nice pool view and a comfortable seating space. Aircon units were new and worked very well.

The flat has a very strong smell coming from the sewage and this is exacerbated by the fact that it's kept closed for long periods of time. The bedspreads were not very clean and the bathroom doesn't have enough counter space to put all your stuff, which is a bit inconvenient.

Nice apartment in the best location in Latchi. It was spacious and had amazing AC. The rooms are big enough. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking lot directly in front. The check-in was no problem and the owner is just super friendly, thanks Yiannis!

Water pressure was a bit low, but still good enough. That may also vary from time to time. The beds were a bit hard, so if you don't like it and want to stay longer, think twice.

Location

The bed was very hard and the apartment was not very clean. The toilet also had a bad smell.

The place was excellent because it was very adjucent to the beach and all other facilities ( cafés, tavernas supermarkets etc

There was nothing that I didn't like.
