Good location. But that’s it. The towels were disgustingly greyish instead of white. The bedding and pillows were also very used and old. The bathtub had a crack on the bottom and it was moving, it felt like it’s gonna break under the weight. The kitchen was disgusting. The cutlery were already dirty when we tried to use them. The sofa had big brownish stains.

In reality the property has nothing to do with what is shown in the photos. It’s dirty, old, it smelled bad and no parking available. It was really very disappointing and a NO go for sure!

Μείναμε σε ένα πολύ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, ιδανικό για ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική, ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Πρωταρά, με όλα τα καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και καφετέριες σε απόσταση περπατήματος, ενώ η παραλία βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζονται για μια άνετη διαμονή, και προσέφερε ηρεμία παρόλο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για ζευγάρια ή οικογένειες που θέλουν να απολαύσουν τον Πρωταρά χωρίς να χρειάζονται αυτοκίνητο.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to the centre and the places around felt very safe and welcoming. It’s also near a bus stop and a taxi station in case you don’t have a car. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Protaras.
