Queens Gardens - Kato Paphos - next to Kings Ave Mall --- by Yiota

We loved everything about this accommodation Queens Gardens. Excellent communication from the owners, very helpful & friendly. Location perfect, right next door to large shopping mall & all shops. Our appartment was spotless & well equipped with everything we could wish for. We arrived after 11pm & was met on arrival. A nice food pack was waiting for us & a lovely welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge. Beautiful pool & more than enough sun beds available for everyone. Would highly recommend staying here & wouldn’t hesitate to return here again.

Yiota is an absolutely fantastic host! She welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything what we needed to know and more... :) The apartment was completely and fully equipped, everything was provided that is needed for a self-catering stay away from home. This also made our stay so much easier and hassle-free. For instance, cooking oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, even some basic welcome food and drink was provided in the fridge to have a quick late dinner or something to have first thing in the morning before one could pop out to the supermarket. Yiota bought us bread, butter, cheese, milk, some other welcome drinks, even cereal for our daughter. We did not even have to buy toilet rolls, all was supplied. All in all, we could not fault our stay or Yiota, even if we wanted to! Thank you soooo much!!!

Maybe have a second dining table and chairs in the living room since we found it too hot to sit in the balcony, so we ended up moving the table and chairs in and out.

Wonderful experience staying in these apartments! Yiota and Ellie are very caring and friendly hosts. They told us everything, explained it, helped with the transfer (they met us at the airport, took us to the place). Thank you very much for your hospitality! The apartments are well located (next to a public transport stop, a large shopping center, many cafes and restaurants). Nearby is the beach, which is so nice to watch the sunset. The apartments are bright, cozy, very clean, equipped with everything you need. There was absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay - from an iron and ironing board to straws for a cocktail.

Perfect location, very welcoming and professional host, spacious apartment, great attention to detail. Pool was very nice, parking space was very useful. We also liked the garden, as it was very suitable for morning exercise, with the pool you could cool off in. Perfect stay, 10/10, would strongly recommend.

Everything was so nice! The apartment is very clean, and fully equipped, even with beach towels 🤩 The hosts are so welcoming. They took the time to meet us and help us with everything we needed. We will come back with so much pleasure. 🤍

Excellent location for exploring Paphos without the use of a car, easy walking to beach and waterfront, great facilities at the apartment and a wonderful welcome pack, The swimming pool was large with plenty of room for sunbeds. Next door to a huge shopping mall, plenty of parking if needed.

The apartment is located at a lovely complex conveniently located nearby tourist spots as well as stores and restaurants. Our host was very kind and attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Would visit again!

We are delighted with the hostess: she bought products for the first breakfast on arrival, a bottle of chilled sparkling wine was waiting for us. Elie recommended interesting restaurants to us. She was always ready to help with any questions. I liked the apartment complex: calm and mostly quiet. The day started with breakfast on the balcony. We'll be back with pleasure. Nearby is a large shopping complex, many restaurants. On the contrary, there are archaeological sites and a descent to the sea, which is about 700 meters away.

for me personally, the pillows were too soft, although the rest of the family was happy with everything.
