Detached Cozy Studio

I didn't like anything at this property. Although I paid for 6 days I left the next day and found a much better place to stay. I want my money back.

I didn't like the location, it was dark and two dogs barking at me scared me. I didn't like the host's attitude, he was rude and told me off at our first telephone call. I didn't like that the room was not clean, the soap in the bathroom was with someone's hair on it. And the worst thing was that the water from the toilet and the bathroom was coming to the bedroom. It was dangerous for me to walk on the wet floor. I had to use the towels to dry the floor. There was no hot water the night I arrived. I wouldn't recommend this so-called studio flat .

Nice light inside the room in the morning, comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchenette, sofa, table and chairs outside, place to dry the laundry, AC, peace and quiet in the green corner of the possession. Stores and bakeries in the neighbourhood.

Very tiny bathroom - sometimes it was really hard to move properly. No bedside lamp.

The owner was communicating , kind and trying to help as much as he could solve issues. Is relatively value for money for this season. Is a standalone unit albeit very close to the main house and the noise isolation is not really existent.

There are some chickens just outside the accommodation and first night we woke up at 5am by a rooster who kept going on for an hour or more. Owner removed him and we had good night sleep until last morning when the parrots woke us up! 😂 The unit has an ant 🐜 issue and we had some cockroaches 🪳 - one inside and many outside the flat. Couldn't use the coffee maker due to the unfitting plug. Water was coming out of the shower and made the whole floor wet. Im sure the owner will fix these issues slowly.

Green around the studio.

Independent building next to the owner's house. In a quiet area near beautiful beaches. Plenty of space, all necessary equipment. Friendly owner, large parking lot.
